Do you sleep with your phone? A lot of teens do. As a result, many teens are tired all the time. Why? The screens on phones and other devices keep you from getting sleepy. Experts say to keep devices out of your room, and to turn them off an hour before you go to sleep. What percent of teens leave devices on at night?
